Our staff can assist you in the design and development of your complex components using our internal expertise and state of the art CAD Technology.

Mold Making:

Prototypes and production tooling are constructed in-house with our state of the art CNC equipment and wire EDM to provide the most precise design in the shortest time possible. Our Cad capabilities enable industrial designers, and design engineers to work directly with us to ensure that their projects are developed correctly.

Injection Molding:

Presses from 50 to 270 Ton

Production runs can vary from as little as 50 pieces to hundreds of thousands of pieces. Our services are competitively  priced and quickly delivered. Our molding department routinely uses a wide variety of engineered resins. We mold a variety of shapes and sizes from a 1/2 oz. to a 28 oz shot size, all done in house.

 We will also be happy to help you with you other needs, such as hot stamping, silk screening and ultrasonic welding, to name a few.
